We arrived home at almost 10pm.  Xiane had always wanted to ride the Gondola at the Villagio Mall ever since she saw it but we are not frequent visitors of Villagio Mall and when we do visit, it was always crowded as it is usually on a weekend.  But this morning while preparing breakfast I suggested to my husband that we go there today so we can finally give Xiane her gondola ride.  Xiane and her dad spent the afternoon taking a nap while I ironed the clothes.  Being on a Eid holiday doesn’t exempt stay-at-home mom’s like me from chores although I must say that these days there isn’t that much to do.  But my ironing is something that I can’t simply procrastinate as it is surely going to backfire on me.  My take on ironing is to get it done and over with, a.s.a.p.- so I did!
