A friend wanted me to post this. He’s trying to get together a group who invested in Goldcrest Dreams in Emirates City, Ajman. See below for more information. By the way, you can contact him by sending him an email at zaheed.dokadia @gmail.com (please remove the spaces).

I would like to know if anyone  or someone you know has invested in Goldcrest Dreams 1 project at Emirates City, Ajman?

I ask this because recently I was informed of the delay in hand-over of the property hence I would like to check with Star Giga (the property developer) of my options and doing it as a group helps.

One option (as per the contract) is to seek a refund with 1% interest. The other option could be to ask for a discount which is where having a bigger group will help. Please do let me know so we can work on an action plan together.
