I’ve been very busy these past few weeks and one of the anticipated activity for the coming week would be our Photoshop Session this coming Friday.

I was contacted by another Filipino blogger the other week regarding their plan to conduct an informal meeting with other Filipino Bloggers and Web site owners in Doha. We met last Thursday at Starbucks and got to talking about holding Training Sessions for those interested in Graphics and Web Design. Some of those who attended were streaming TV shows from the Philippines, creating a small Filipino Online Community in Doha, Publishing poems and even providing a 24-hour radio on the internet!

Anyway, we would be conducting our first session this Friday morning, March 26 at 9 AM, in Al Sadd and we’re only accepting 5 more people who would be interested in joining the group and contributing to the goals of the group. We would cover some basics on Photoshop as well as Graphics for the Web on the first session. For those interested, drop me an email at xtian001 @gmail.com (without the spaces) for more details. This invitation is for Filipinos in Qatar.
