Our Weekday Schedule

13 Jan 2009
Mavis and Xiane are back to their usual weekday schedules with Mavis waking up early (4:45 AM) to prepare for their needs to school. I wake up Xiane at around 5:20 so she’d be up and about 10 minutes later.

Since the start of the semester, we’ve decided to lessen her playing time and watching time. Before, we wake her up by letting her watch Pokemon on TV and she can play the DS while her mom takes her to school in the morning. We’ve stopped that and she only gets to play the DS in the car after school.

In the afternoon, after we eat lunch at about 3:30, Xiane and I check her Pokemon Ranch on the Wii to see what Pokemon Haley brings her for the day. I give her a bath and start her with her daily exercises of Addition, Subtraction, Spelling plus her school homework. This takes us about an hour and a half to 2 hours. By the time we finish, it’ll be about 6:30 and I give her the chance to play on the DS for 30 minutes or watch 1 Pokemon episode on the Xbox.  If she decides to play the DS, Mavis and I would watch an episode of Bizarre Foods or Man.v.Food.

After eating her dinner (Mavis and I usually don’t eat at night), we wash her up, brush her teeth and try to put her to sleep at 8. We all go to bed at that time as she still sleeps in our bed (typical Filipino setup, I think). And that’s about that for the weekdays except for Thursday nights
