Closing my Shop&Ship Aramex Account

I closed my Shop & Ship Aramex account due to getting some magazine deliveries which I didn’t really order nor asked for. I don’t know where I’m getting them from but I don’t want to pay QR39 for each delivery. Yes, Aramex has upped the charges months before. Anyway, I asked Aramex if it’s possible for them to just sort out or not accept items from Mail & Magazine who delivers the maagazines. I was just trying if they’d do it but as already stated on their FAQ, they would not do it for you. It took me 2 emails to get my account cancelled as the first reply I got was telling me to email an organization in the US etc…I don’t think that is going to work so the last resort was to just cancell it.

I don’t know from where the magazines are coming from but my last order were from Dell (for a 1 TB hard drive), Amazon (Shoes and Sandisk Sansa Clip) and Frys (Heroes Season 1 and The Hulk HD-DVDs). So I can only deduct that it’s from one of those shops.

I’m still planning to get a new account but probably next week.  And I’d be more careful next time when ordering or signing up for anything.
