Holiday Plans

Our annual vacation won’t be until June but my husband has already purchased plane tickets for us three.  Well, as they say, “the early bird catches the worm.”  In this case the worm would be cheaper air fare rates.  According to Tian, our tickets were QR 300 cheaper last week than than they are this week when he purchased them.  So just imagine how much they would cost as our departure date approaches.  Besides, buying the tickets this early assures our booking as it is the new policy of Qatar Airways that upon booking the tickets should be purchased.

So as early as now, we have sorted out our itinerary.  We were supposed to go Malaysia before going home to the Philippines but we’ve decided to cancel the trip.  We we’re saving up for something nicer and bigger in the future.  Besides the latest developments in Malaysia’s political arena makes one a bit uneasy to go there for a holiday.  So we say, it was a blessing in disguise that we decided not to push through with our original plans.

Nevertheless, we’ll be having a blast in a very popular tourist destination in our country.  We will be off to Palawan where we will have a lot of island hopping, do some snorkeling, and most of all enjoy fresh seafoods.  I am just so excited and can’t wait for that day.

Kailangan nga ngayon maaga bumili ng tickets kasi iba na ang policy ng Qatar Airways pero sana hindi na rin nag-ooverbook. I’ve been to Malaysia pero di ako masyadong nakalibot and not much to see also.
Palawan is nice, better than Boracay. Enjoy!
