Driving Spree
In: Personal | Qatar | Transportation
5 Oct 2006Today I was able to maximize my driving skills. I took my daughter to school first thing in the morning. Then I went home to fetch my husband. He drove on our way there but from then on I spent almost two hours driving. I had to look for the American Academy located along E-Ring Road. It was the first time I went there so it took me several wrong turns before I finally found it. Making the wrong turns didn’t matter though. What’s important was I was able to get there safely and I was able to accomplish what needed to be done. Then I rushed home to take some rest and take a shower. I actually don’t understand why I perspire a lot whenever I drive. It must be all the energy that I expend. After some rest I had to leave again to fetch my husband from work and then our daughter. Driving is quite tiring but I’m just glad to be able to do it. It feels so good to be able to put my driving skills to good use.

I also perspired a lot when I started to drive in the Philippines, in Holland and here. It disappeared gradually as I got more relaxed. Must have been tension.:-)
